For generations, the story of marriage has been tethered to the image of a little girl’s dream. Walking down the aisle in a big, beautiful white dress, ready to declare her love to her prince charming. The colour white has reigned supreme in Western culture, so much so that it carries an unspoken rule: only the bride may wear white.

But what happens when white doesn’t speak to you? When it doesn’t capture your story, your emotions or your identity?

My collection challenges this inherited fantasy by asking: What truly defines a bridal garment? Is it the colour, the silhouette, the fabric, the ritual, or perhaps the meaning stitched into every seam?

I believe a wedding dress should be more than tradition. It should be a reflection of love and individuality. This collection breaks free from the boundaries of white to reimagine what a bridal garment can be; an intentional piece that celebrates the wearer, not just the ritual.

Because love is not one colour.
