Through my struggles living with depression, anxiety, and endometriosis, I needed a way to improve my daily life as a relief from my symptoms. In some of my hardest times I found myself wanting to be in nature. While in nature, I found my pain levels and anxiety lowering, as well as general stress. What I experienced is backed by hundreds of studies surveying thousands of people and I aim to help others gain this knowledge to improve their day-to-day lives through something as simple as viewing my images. I truly hope that my love of nature aids others to discover their own piece of the natural world that helps them relax. Whether it be stunning open landscapes or fascinating insects in a residential garden, there are so many beautiful things we can take notice of to improve mood and so much more in as little as 10 minutes a day.
