Alphabet Explorers is a dynamic card-matching game designed to introduce young children to the basics of Te Reo Māori. My exhibition showcases how this product intertwines learning and play, making language acquisition an enjoyable adventure. Alphabet Explorers aims to nurture a multi-lingual, multi-cultural society from the earliest stages of education, ensuring the enduring presence of Māori culture in our schools. This product has been created to be an immersive journey, celebrating the power of language, diversity, and cultural preservation in shaping the future.
Designed with young learners in mind, Alphabet Explorers employs a thoughtful approach. Large, clear fonts, simple and recognisable imagery, and integrated English prompts provide children with the tools they need to connect to concepts they already understand.
